The quantum efficiency test system of solar cells is a special system for testing the photoelectric characteristics of solar cells. In particular, its external quantum efficiency (EQE) and internal quantum efficiency (IQE), so as to evaluate and optimize the performance of solar cells. The system generates monochrome light irradiation samples through a monochromator and measures its photoelectric response, helping researchers to understand the performance of solar cells in different spectral ranges, and to provide a scientific basis for device design and optimization.

Test object: to meet the test and analysis of perovskite solar cells and perovskite silicon laminate solar cells.

Halogen tungsten lamp light source

Laminated cell offset optical design to meet the needs of crystalline silicon + perovskite test.

The first junction polarizing light (perovskite layer), 550nm short-pass filter, light intensity 0.1-2 SUN continuously adjustable;

The second junction polarizer (crystalline silicon layer), 850nm long-pass filter, light intensity 0.1-2 SUN continuously adjustable;

Standard detector

Integrating sphere
