Lsless rapid (within seconds) method for evaluating EVA crosslinking

The nondestructive crosslinking degree test system can provide a multi-point test method of crosslinking degree for the laminated parts, manufactured components and components of the power station site. Without individual sample preparation, the actual crosslinking degree distribution map of the component surface can be obtained. The software can track the test results and compare the crosslinking test results of different shifts, different production lines and different installation locations for a long time (several weeks or years). This test method provides a high quality quality control means for manufacturers, investors, certification bodies, insurance agencies and consultants.

For engineers and operators, it is easy to use a lossless crosstest system. The operator only needs to position the components below the test point through the laser cross locator, and click the test to automatically, which can display data and upload data in real time.

The nondestructive crosslinking test system evaluates the internal long-term stability of the component by having no damage, fast (a few seconds) and accurate evaluation of the internal crosslinking level of the component. It can monitor the laminating process of the component online, or customize the system according to customer needs.

In addition to the offline system, the nondestructive crosslinking test also provides the online test system for the fully automatic production line for 100% quality tracking and assurance of the components. The lossless crosslink test system is easily integration into any lamator (such as Meyer Burger) or the OEM system into your own component line through your automatic production line manufacturer.

Online testing ability

The test requires a component temperature of 80℃ or higher. Ideally, it is integrated into the outlet of the laminated device. If it is not installed at the outlet of the laminated equipment but at other locations on the production line or as off-line applications, optional heating units are added. During the test, you need to touch the backplane of the component.

It is possible to quickly evaluate the crosslinking degree of the components after lamination. Can be integrated into any production line, providing 100% coverage for process control and quality assurance.
