Meet the static mechanical load test requirements specified in clause 4.15 of IEC61215-2016, MST 34 of IEC61730-2016 and 41 of UL1703, and the test requirements for dynamic mechanical load specified in IEC62782:2016.

1) Static load: a single pressure is applied to the component, and the positive and negative test time and pressure can be adjusted within the test range;

2) Dynamic load: continuously apply pressure on the front and back of the component, with adjustable test times, test time and interval time;

3) The control software synchronously collects the pressure, component pressure, component temperature, continuous current, component voltage, shape variable and other information of each cylinder;

4) Humanized human-machine interface graphics, current arbitrary setting, can meet the diverse needs of customers;

5) Visual icon and EXCEL output form, to meet the diverse needs of customers;

6) Power supply specification: 100V 20A (the specification is optional);

7) Dynamic Mechanical Load Test (DML): 1000Pa ± 50Pa 3- -7Cycles / min;

8) Static mechanical load test (SML): front: 2400Pa * 1h * 2 times + 5400Pa; or front: 5400Pa * 1h * times; back: 3600Pa * 1h * 3 times maximum meet the requirements of 12000Pa test;

9) Component installation mode: pressure block installation, screw hole installation, double wave, single axis, co-beam installation;

10) Meet the testing requirements of conventional components and double-glass components.
