1) Environmental box temperature water cooling plate change control temperature, the inner wall of the box is installed with high reflectivity bean grain aluminum plate;

2) Insulation material polyurethane or glass fiber thermal insulation cotton;

3) The ultraviolet lamp with the structure of gold halogen lamp, high cost performance, low test cost, short cycle;

4) Each ultraviolet lamp has a set of power control system, the irradiance can be controlled separately;

5) During the test, the ultraviolet irradiance data can be tracked and recorded, and after the irradiation amount meets the requirements, the test can be automatically stopped;

6) The surface temperature of the component can be tracked and recorded to maintain the surface temperature of the component at 60 ± 5°C;

7) The surface temperature of the component is controlled from 40-70 ± 5°C;

8) Configure the micro inverter, so that the components work at the maximum power point;

9) The temperature, operation duration and accumulated radiation intensity parameters can be set; when arriving at the operation duration / accumulated radiation amount, the equipment will automatically stop.
