For electrical products, one of the most basic requirements is that the shell can not have the risk of electric shock, generally the shell is required to be grounded. Due to the limited connection site, in order to ensure that the whole shell is grounded, the interior of the shell needs to be electrically conductive, and the resistance should be small enough, so that a little grounding is equivalent to the grounding of the whole shell. This test equipment is to verify the circuit continuity between the contact sites.
