More and more photovoltaic applications, the scale of power stations is getting bigger and bigger, more and more solar cell module problems are exposed, power reduction, poor insulation, dellamination and other phenomena continue to appear. After years of research, it has been found that a large part of the problem in the application of components is due to the leakage current between the internal conductor and the earth (through the frame). Long-term leakage current will cause the change of battery carrier and depletion layer, contact resistance in the circuit, electrochemical corrosion of packaging materials, resulting in the battery power attenuation, series resistance increase, light transmittance reduction, dellamination and other phenomena that affect the long-term power generation and life of components.

1) The component frame end is grounded, which not only simulates the actual situation, but also prevents the potential danger caused by the high pressure of the frame in the test process;

2) For each component, the 4-line test method is adopted, 2 high voltage lines, 2 grounding wires, the high voltage line is connected with the component through the junction box, the grounding wire is connected with the frame or connected in other effective positions;

3) Voltage, leakage current, insulation resistance display at the same time;

4) Real-time monitoring of voltage, leakage current, insulation resistance curve;

5) The screen displays the test situation and record the data in the test.
