Introduction to the test softwareThe instrument software is developed for the testing of stripping force, tensile strength and other parameters of silicon material, silicon wafer, cell, battery components and other products, and can realize multi-station test display and display through various report forms. The software can automatically locate, can automatically run to the battery according to different specifications. The main interface of the software is shown in Figure 1 below. A complete test process consists of three steps: pre-test setup, test, multi-channel graph, and test results presentation: Figure 2, Test curve (such as stripping, stretching, compression, etc.); determine whether the peak, mean, area and effective length of qualified value can be calculated according to the arbitrary combination of four parameters: peak qualified, mean qualified, area qualified, peak + area, peak + effective length; determine whether the whole cell is qualified according to the ratio of the qualified number divided by the total interval.
