Bypass diodes in solar modules are widely used to prevent operational quality degradation caused by module quality problems such as hot spots, occlusion, and uneven components. In the application of diode, there will be positive guide, reverse cut and other performance. In order to verify the performance of these diodes, this scheme develops the corresponding test equipment according to IEC standards.
1) The modular design can realize automatic and manual testing, and support multi-channel diode and temperature acquisition;
2) real-time monitoring of test time, junction box surface temperature (1 channel), diode current (constant current power supply extraction), diode pressure drop and other data;
3) Display the curves of all the data; 30℃, 50℃, 70℃ and 90℃ temperature curves display the same coordinate system, and the current curve of 300 uS pulse power at 30℃, 50℃, 70℃ and 90℃ display the same coordinate system;
4) According to obtain the TJ characteristics of the test data, the software displays the curve, which can display the corresponding voltage value of each temperature, automatically calculate the diode junction temperature, and display the fitting equation on the interface;
5) For the temperature curve of the working period of the programmed power supply is displayed in the same coordinate system, and the corresponding current and voltage are displayed in the same coordinate system;
6) All data can be exported in the form of EXCEL, and curves or charts can be exported to facilitate data processing and analysis.
