Hot spot heating occurs in an assembly when a battery or group of cells in the assembly is shaded or damaged. At this time, the affected battery or battery pack is placed in the reverse bias state, consuming power and thus causing overheating. It leads to welding melting, front and rear back plate, packaging degradation, upper and lower base, glass rupture and other adverse effects. This phenomenon is called hot spot effect oZW-SSS series product is a steady-state solar light source simulator system developed for hot spot testing, which can also test the stability of the components.
1) Spectral matching degree, irradiation in-homogeneity and irradiation instability should at least reach the BBA level standard;
2) EPS independently controls the single street lamp source, which can adjust the irradiation intensity or the overall irradiation intensity of each light source;
3) Manually set the lamp power or automatically adjust according to the set irradiation intensity;
4) Siemens PLC controller, can directly drive each actuator;
5) Equipped with an inverter, track the maximum power point of the component, the power of the inverter can be returned to the system, saving energy;
